Bath Philharmonia presents The Snowman and Rupert and the Frog Chorus

For the past 10 years, Bath Philharmonia has been delighting audiences at Christmas with our performance of The Snowman. Our full symphony orchestra performs the beautiful music by Howard Blake (including everyone’s favourite ‘Walking in the Air’) to the iconic and much loved animated film, on a big screen. For many families, it has become a Christmas tradition and marks the start of the festive period.

This Christmas we are excited to announce that Bath Philharmonia is the first orchestra ever to perform the score from ‘Rupert and the Frog Song’ live to animation! The title song ‘We All Stand Together’ became a massive hit for Sir Paul McCartney in the early 1980’s, and ‘Rupert and the Frog Song’ was the biggest selling video of 1985.  Watch the brilliant animation here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oL1NhrsmUF0
