Baby & Me Pilates

This is a class specifically for new mummies and their babies! For those who are looking for a relaxed yet focused approach to ease them back into structured exercise after birth.
Each class involves a series of movements designed to help you regain and improve posture and strengthen your core.
We will focus on body awareness, stretching and building a strong base of support whilst bonding with your baby.
If you are returning to exercise after giving birth, please check with your doctor first before exercising. The class is ideally suitable 8 weeks after a natural birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.
Anyone suffering with Rectus Diastasis is welcome in class, I am trained in Pre and Postnatal Exercise as well as Pre and Postnatal Pilates.

Babies welcome between 8 weeks up to pre-walkers.
