Schools consultation to key members of staff around the needs of pupils. Consultations encourage effective ways to engage, support and nurture the pupil; all of which is hoped to increase their ability to reach their learning potential.
Small group courses for pupils delivered within the school setting to raise awareness of mental health and develop coping skills using the CBT model.

Prior to qualifying as a Coach, Sarah had a career in both Human Resource Management, before qualifying and working for ten years as a Counsellor with adults in Private Practice, in EAPs and with young people across both Secondary and Further Education Sectors.
Sarah has dedicated her working life to helping others (and herself!) in the areas of personal awareness, change, growth and ongoing personal development, having engaged extensively in her own personal therapeutic journey, qualified in NLP, Reiki Levels I,II & III, Certificates in Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy as well as participating in numerous Family Constellation Workshops and other personal development training.
