Hi I’m Claire, I’m a women’s health physiotherapist which means I work with the pelvis and the pelvic floor.

I run ‘Mum and Bub’ pilates classes. A safe, post natal, baby friendly, exercise class that will strength your core and pelvic floor muscles, and will help prepare you to return to return to high level exercise such as running.

This class is safe post C section from 10 weeks and 8 weeks post vaginal birth. It’s also safe for mums with abdominal muscle separation, and above all it is a fun way to exercise with your baby present.

Modern Pilates is based on the original works of German-born Joseph Pilates who designed a series of exercises that used both mental and physical techniques to condition the body, in recent years these methods have been introduced into the health and fitness industry. My training brings the best of Joseph’s techniques into the 21st Century by combining his principles with all the recent research and knowledge we have about fitness, exercise, and core stability.
