My name is Katie Cutting and I’m an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International. I started Healthy Happy People to help others take control of their lives in a positive, non-judgemental and supportive setting. Whether that be through healthy eating, positive mindset or learning how to stop trading their time for money by building their own business that fits around a life THEY have chosen.

WHY HILTON HEALTH?
Hilton Health exists because I want to prevent other people from facing the struggles that I did.
I was that person who spent hours in the gym without seeing the scales go down. I was that person who tried every diet out there, but didn’t find one that truly helped me lose weight. I was the person who ended up with such an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise that I ended up with an eating disorder.
Once I’d got a handle on that, and finally figured out what would work to help me lose weight, and where I had been going wrong, I decided to qualify as a personal trainer and nutritionist. I wanted to do what I could to prevent other people from going down the horrendous path that I did. A path that was most definitely not helped by all the conflicting information out there, which has only become worse since the internet became a part of our lives.
Exercise is as important for me mentally as it is physically, probably more so since I became a mum. It’s that hour of the day that’s mine, in which I only have to focus on what my body is doing and can try to forget everything else going on in life. As such it has really helped me deal with the difficulties I have faced in my own life.
I now love knowing that I help other people create time in their own lives to just focus on them, in which they can forget about any difficulties that they might currently be facing.
To me exercise is about so much more than losing weight and building bigger muscles, although those are very welcome side-effects.

Hello, I’m Laura, a registered dietitian and local Mum of 2. My background is in the NHS but I now run Laura Clark Nutrition seeing people on a one to one, running workplace health initiatives and supporting food brands, for example BEAR Nibbles with their nutrition messaging.
I run stress-free family mealtimes/ winning with fussy eating workshops joint with a cooking and Meal Planning Expert.
On a one to one basis I can see you in my clinic. I specialise in PCOS, IBS and bowel health, women’s health, sports and child nutrition.
I also deliver talks and workshops as part of workplace health initiatives, with companies in Bath and beyond or at wellness events in the area.

I am founder of The Nourished Mumma Box – a care box designed to provide wholefood supplements specific to your needs and carefully sourced wellbeing products to support your changing journey through motherhood.
I also regularly hold nutrition talks at various venues in Bath and I’m available to come to a venue of your choice to speak at events, NCT groups, nurseries, child centres or your own home.
I also love cooking, it’s how I relax and turn off from everything else. I like to incorporate meal planning, shopping lists and recipes into my nutrition programmes to help make the plans easier for clients to follow.
