Education & Childcare
At All Hallows, the children’s happiness and well-being are paramount in the firm belief that this goes hand in hand with academic achievement. Every child is celebrated for who they are as well as for their achievements along their educational journey. Creativity is at the heart of the curriculum with children being encouraged to think critically and to work individually or collaboratively to come up with original solutions to problems. This distinctive approach to education is producing outstanding results. School minibus services available from the surrounding areas including Bath.

“The Adventures of Sammy the Sunflower” is an environmentally-friendly children’s picture book, teaching kids environmental values. The story is centred around the issue of pollution and is told through the eyes of our child-friendly character, Sammy the Sunflower, who encounters The Big Smelly Monster (the pollution). However, it is more than just a book; It is printed on 100% recycled paper and the best part is that it includes sunflower seeds so our little readers can plant their own Sammy the Sunflower at the end of it! Don’t worry, our book comes with a step-by-step guide on how to plant the seeds also.

Hello, I am Michelle and my doula philosophy is to be the calm in the room and to hold a safe space for women so they can explore the intricacies of their mothering journey.
I offer one to one continual emotional and practical support, encouragement and reassurance and non-biased, evidence based information around pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
Support is flexible to suit you and your family’s needs but maybe include: talking through birth preferences, light touch massage, cooking hot meals, light housework, a good listening ear, lending of books, holding baby whilst you sleep or shower, company on first outings, and more…
Please drop me an email or call if you would like to have a chat, talk through any queries, or set up a meeting at this exciting time, I’d love to hear from you.
A celebration of the BathIRON balustrade, Parade Gardens.
Sunday 26th May 2019 – 6pm til late
Join us in Parade Gardens for a fresh line-up of talented local FOLK bands, to celebrate the installation of the BathIRON bandstand balustrade – a beautiful sculptural piece which was hand-forged by teams of blacksmiths from all over the UK during BathIRON Festival in June 2018.
We’ve handpicked some of the best local folk bands from Bath, Frome, the Mendips and Bristol – with something for absolutely everyone so bring the whole family! There’ll be a bar and food stalls, and we’ll also be celebrating the traditional heritage craft of the artist blacksmith with live forging demonstrations throughout the evening.
The FireFOLK line up will feature Sinnober, The Drystones, Nathanial Mann, The Striking Clock and The Railway Sleepers: with everything from atmospheric folk-swing harmonies, foot-stomping jazz funk to roof-raising, barn-storming gypsy punk – we promise it will be an absolute blast for the whole family. Don’t miss it!
