University of Bath
Bath School of Dance offers classes in classical ballet, contemporary dance and more. From those who want to dance purely for the enjoyment through to those with specific dance ambitions for the future, we provide a nurturing and inspiring environment for girls and boys of all levels and ages.
Our teachers are fully qualified and bring a wealth of experience, working together to encourage our students to take their Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations and participate in our end-of-year show, giving them the opportunity to gain experience of performing and to develop their confidence.
At Bath School of Dance we encourage a holistic approach to dance and our timetable of non-syllabus classes is carefully designed to complement and enhance RAD ballet training. We also recognise the importance of dance to our students’ physical and mental wellbeing and to their growth as individuals.

By providing children with a positive and fun learning environment, The Hills School of Irish Dance teaches both traditional and modern styles of Irish dance. We encourage both teamwork and individuality, while our regular fitness classes support each dancer to reach their full potential. Starting from age 4, our classes cater for all levels, from beginner to competition standard.
As a registered CRN school, we provide high quality, energetic sessions run in an organised and safe environment.
We have regular performances around the Bath area and love to be involved in the community as much as we can. Contact Rebecca for more details of our workshops and show team performances.
Students spend three hours with us, rotating through hour long sessions in Comedy & Drama, Musical Theatre and Film & Television. Our specialist modules, packed full of tips that Pauline has learnt from nearly 50 years in the business, will teach you everything you need to know to act, sing, dance or direct like a professional. By working with people we believe are outstanding in their field, we aim to provide our students with a constantly evolving experience- something that is fresh, exciting and bang up-to-date.
PQA believe in inspiring and rewarding our students, so we offer free group Trinity exams, masterclasses, cinema screenings, the chance to join our exclusive agency – Quirky Kidz and the opportunity to perform in London’s West End.
Open every weekend during term time and workshops during the school holidays, come join the fun!
At Stagecoach we teach our students so much more than how to sing, dance and act. We help them blossom into well-rounded individuals, ready to embrace life and all its opportunities.
With 30 years’ experience in teaching the performing arts, we understand how to get the best out of our young performers. We delight in seeing our students have fun, make friends, learn new skills and discover hidden talents.
We encourage them to take ‘safe risks’ through rehearsals and performance, which brings out a willingness to take on new challenges. None of us know what the future holds, which is why it’s so important for today’s children to be resilient, brave and self-assured.
Furthermore you can rest assured that your child is in safe hands as we adhere to the strictest child safety policies.
As well as our weekly classes we also offer LAMDA, Trinity exams, performance opportunities locally and in the West End and our very own Stagecoach Agency.
