Hi I’m Claire, and I run Fitz & Physio. I’m a Pelvic Health physiotherapist which means I work with the pelvis and the pelvic floor. I run ‘Mum and Bub’ pilates classes which is a strength and conditioning class for new mums. A safe, post natal, baby friendly, exercise class that will strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles, and will help prepare you to return higher level activities such as running.
Each week we will be bringing a different brilliant book to life through interactive storytelling, sensory props, messy play and much more! Classes support language and communication development as well as stimulating all of the senses to build and strengthen brain connections. We offer a range of classes available for different ages.

I am a freelance illustrator based in the gorgeous city of Bath.
When im not at my day job in a of so fabulous toy shop I am constantly creating new ideas and bringing them to life.
I mostly work with ink and watercolour mediums blending a traditional style of artwork with a more modern looser feel, I love to do fine detail work when I can.
I have a passion for animals (My most favourite thing to paint and draw) I love to cook up these epic adventures they might be on, This is mostly inspired by alot of beautifully illustrated children’s books.
So if you need just one piece for that special someone or if you want to re-invent your brand, drop me a email and lets get some ideas to paper!

The Junior Section at Bath Golf Club has about 50 girls and boys ranging from 7 to 18 years of age.
The section is run by a Junior Committee, each of whom takes responsibility for one of the major activity areas for the year.
We run regular competitions during the season which are open to all players, including those who have not yet achieved a handicap. These are usually Stableford competitions but some are medals. Some of them carry a trophy as first prize and these are awarded at the Club’s annual prize giving at the end of the year. See “Calendar and Events” for dates.
Our Junior team plays in the Bristol & District Junior Golf League, against teams ranging from Clevedon to Chipping Sodbury. The 2010 season was our best ever, the team reaching the league play-offs without losing a match, coming second in the Alliance Trophy and winning the Alliance Knockout Cup. Again, see “Fixture” for future matches.
The Section raises money by donations from individuals and other sections of the Club, and also by running Open tournaments. The money we raise is invested in developing our players.
The Wessex Masters is open to players under 14 and attracts top-quality players from all over the country. Our Junior Open is a Daily Telegraph qualifier for all juniors and usually attracts around 60 competitors.
We run group coaching on Saturdays during the Spring and Summer available to members and non-members and junior open evenings. We are very grateful for the support of our professionals, Russell Covey, Phil Cloak and James Hannam.
I offer an 8 week education programme covering breathing techniques, meditations, information on how the body reacts to stress and how we can recognise our stress triggers, coping strategies for handling stress better, the science behind how we train the brain, unhelpful thinking patterns, how to respond rather than react and lots more! All mindfulness based.
I discovered mindfulness as a tool to help me overcome postpartum anxiety after my first child. My experience has been life changing and now I enjoy teaching others the techniques I have learnt to help people feel more resilient, calm and positive in the face of life’s chaos.
