A safe, postnatal exercise class that works to reconnect the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles again. A progressive exercise class that builds on your strength so that you are able to return to your pre pregnancy goals. Physio led so it is safe after a caesarean section (after 10 weeks) or post a vaginal birth (after 6 weeks) and ideal if you have tummy muscle separation.

Hi I’m Claire, and I run Fitz & Physio. I’m a Pelvic Health physiotherapist which means I work with the pelvis and the pelvic floor. I run ‘Mum and Bub’ pilates classes which is a strength and conditioning class for new mums. A safe, post natal, baby friendly, exercise class that will strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles, and will help prepare you to return higher level activities such as running.
