Men’s Yoga @ John Moore Sports
Our men’s yoga class is a term-time only class taught be Jan Lunt of Jan Jan Yoga and is a traditional style of Yoga, which focuses on stretching the whole of the body and working with the breath throughout each movement. Jan gives plenty of instruction and alignment to help you with each pose/posture and there are plenty of adaptations and props to help.
The class is suitable for all levels whereby the aim is for students to experience a physical challenge, which stretches the whole body. You should also leave feeling some what relaxed, as there is always a 5 minute relaxation at the end of the class. Jan’s style is light-hearted and fun!
All the mats and equipment are provided so you just need to come wearing comfy sports clothes. The class takes place downstairs at John Moore Sports on Argyle Street.
